Per Local 33 Constitution and Bylaws Article XIV
PER CAPITA DUES
Section 3. The membership quarterly per capita dues of this Local shall be not less than what is currently established for such in Section 12 of Article 19 of the International Constitution and By-Laws and shall be payable quarterly in advance. A basic requirement for membership in good standing shall be a properly validated membership card acknowledging payment of these dues as per Article XIV Section 1. Any member one (1) calendar month in arrears for dues for any quarter shall be automatically suspended if said quarterly dues are not paid on or before the first day of the second month and shall be denied all privileges of a member in good standing under this Local Constitution. The responsibility for maintaining membership in good standing rests with the member. Suspension, therefore, when it occurs, is a voluntary act of the member involved.
